Ppain is known as the enzyme found in papaya because of its numerous uses and advantages to man. This research was carried out via gel filtration chromatography to idicate the presence of other soluble proteins, and it was proved by the presence of numerous peaks plotted from the graph after being read by a UV Spectrophotometer.
